Service Description

HypnoBirthing is a 5 week child birth education program presented over 5 x 2.5 hour sessions that will provide you with the information, tools and techniques needed to have a positive birth experience. Birth is a normal physiological process that does not need to be feared. Throughout the 5 week course you will learn how to trust your body, your baby and the incredible process of pregnancy and birth. Your investment of $600 is per couple and includes resources, refreshments and my support and ongoing advice throughout your pregnancy. A $100 deposit will secure your space.
